MARIA AUSILIATRICE, HYDERABAD.
Dear and Loving Mother,
We are indeed grateful to you dear Mother for being a loving and caring Mother and guide.
When we read and reflect on your circular letters we feel you close to us and experience an individual touch and concern. We thank God for this greatest and most precious gift God has given us, you as our dear Mother. We appreciate and thank you most sincerely and will always remember you in our prayers. We are a lovely community of four sisters, prayerful, committed and witnessing.
The community has studied the circular letter 992 and shared our findings. As we are in lockdown due to COVID – 19, we are unable to meet the educating community to discuss the questions with them.
1. How to discover new life that awakens in the communities the freshness of vocational fecundity, the joy, the missionary openness of the origins?
Being Grateful to the Salesian religious call we received.
Develop an attitude of “I will go and I will do” Readiness to do any mission entrusted to one.
To possess a heart as large as that of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello for the education of young.
2. Which attitude must I cultivate in order to live daily relationships with renewed love and hope, something new is happening?
Attitude of Motherliness like that of Our Blessed Mother.
Attitude of Gratitude for the charism of our founders
Attitude of Gratitude to God for belonging to a wonderful congregation
Patient endurance, humility and spirit of obedience
An attitude of openness, to think and live beyond the barriers of culture, language and country.
3. How can we help each other to be more aware of the active and transforming presence of the Holy Spirit in our personal and community experience, in the life of the children, of the young, of the people we meet?
By our very witnessing life that we belong to God totally and that our only goal is to
serve His people, especially the young.
We are the children of one God and Father and our only culture is “Mornesian culture.”
4. What attention of the heart is needed to perceive His voice, His light?
Openness and sincerity of heart.
Conviction that we are called to a life of austerity not a life of comfort.
Total, wholehearted surrender to the will of God.
Attune our minds to listen to His voice, by interior silence and incessant prayer.
