We must cultivate the Salesian characteristics of joy, openness, family spirit, cheerfulness.
- We must become loving and caring persons, who show concern, appreciation and comfort to people during crisis.
- Like the First sisters of Mornese we must constantly live in the presence of Jesus and Mary, who will help us to regenerate life in the community
- Like mother Mary and Mother Mazzarello we must allow ourselves to be chiselled by the Holy Spirit and learn to hear the whisperings of the Holy Spirit in ordinary signs or events.
- love and appreciate simple acts done in different ways in the community.
- Admire and learn from the senior sisters in the community all the lessons they teach us by their lives.
- How can we help each other to be more aware of the active and transforming presence of the Holy Spirit in our personal and community experience, in the life of the children, of the young, of the people we meet?
By respecting everyone and showing concern without making any distinction between one and the other. Not allowing age, culture or language to divide the members of the community but living in freedom and openness.
- By understanding and accepting that even our weakness is the space in which the spirit can live and act more so that his power may triumph in our fragility.
- By being generous in giving our time for others, making effort to know each other in order to foster communion of hearts.
- What attention of the heart is needed to perceive His voice, His light?
A heart that welcomes every situation and open to the realities.

- A heart that realizes the fact that if we are not generating life, then unconsciously we are generating a death culture.
