1. Which attitudes must I cultivate in order to live daily relationships….?
Faith, Enthusiasm, unconditional forgiveness, hidden sacrificing spirit, constant surrender to God, optimism, patient understanding, listening, mutual trust, genuine love for each other, mortification, courage to confront the right person, support and uphold each other, ability to know the person- silence- attentive listening to the inspirations of the Holy Spirit, make the meditation diligently.
Contemplation of the Word of God, make Holy Spirit a familiar person.
2. Why the personal encounter which according to Don Bosco’s the key to open hearts, has fallen into disuse in some of our realities?
Lack of openness, trust and confidence due to prejudice, judgmental attitude without understanding the reality, need to be faith- filled persons, lack of reciprocal accompaniment, reciprocal forgiveness is required, comparison between persons, humility is lacking, lack of respect to the person in charge, prejudice towards the Animator, love towards the charism is missing, above all mutual faith and trust is
lacking, lack of freedom, lack of responsibility for each other.
3. The essential steps we need to take to reach the objectives of ‘Educating village’?
Generate fullness of life by giving holistic education not only filling with knowledge, be a person of God in community and in the mission, be open to the realities of the society, respect unity in diversity, give Christ by giving Gospel values which gives abundance of life, respect every individual without individual differences, help the young people to discover God’s plan and take care of others. Take great care of
‘common home’ at home and in the school, give respect to our ‘common home’ by taking care of the plants and trees in the school and at home instead of destroying them, but plant more in a creative way even when there is no physical place.
