- Open to the Spirit, allow Him to enter and guide us and be willing to follow the inspiration and act according to the needs of the time. To understand, listen and be available to the people, young and children. Prepare ourselves with the Word of god and with constant prayer and do whatever He tells us.
- Accept and understand others as they are and make them to involve in all our activities. Guide them fraternally, share the inspiration and ideas we get with each other and act according to the needs of people and time.
- Interior silence, generous heart and seeking the good of others.
- There is no continuation of the work what others began with mission, no time, lack of accompaniment, reaching out, and involvement. Be open to the needs of the times, and lack of equipment of ourselves to face the reality of the times and need.
